Science Diplomacy
Increasing and rapidly developing communication opportunities between countries and societies have also increased the global circulation of information on scientific subjects. The interaction of scientists and academic institutions serves to broadly utilize scientific data for the benefit of humanity. It is extremely valuable for scientists and academic institutions that produce scientific knowledge to communicate with each other, exchange views and come together around a common value, wherever they are in the world. These relations are very different from classical relations between states and contribute to the reputation of the countries, societies and cultures of the participating actors. For this reason, scientists in all fields of science should engage in international relations with the academic institutions they belong to and be a party to science diplomacy, which is increasingly important. For this purpose, universities should be in close contact and cooperation with each other.
