Cultural Diplomacy
Cultural diplomacy is one of the most important and popular areas of public diplomacy. When "soft power" is mentioned, the first thing that comes to mind is the cultural values of countries and nations, and cultural diplomacy contributes to the acquisition of soft power. For this reason, all countries try to introduce their universal cultural values, as well as their unique ones, to the outside world and benefit from this. In addition to their unique cultural values, plastic and visual arts, literature and music, which appeal to the whole world, hold a special place in cultural diplomacy. In recent years, Turkish television series have attracted great attention in various countries of the world and have become an element of Turkish public diplomacy.
