Humanitarian Diplomacy
Today, humanitarian aid diplomacy, which is considered within the scope of public diplomacy, enables the donor country to gain a very important reputation in the country receiving aid. The impact of this aid is as effective as the sincerity of the donor. Humanitarian aid activities of non-governmental organizations are more acceptable than the activities of states in this field. The aid that Turkey has planned to provide in this field, especially in recent years, through the Turkish Red Crescent, AFAD and TIKA, has positively affected the relations between Turkey and the African continent.
