Hacer ÖZGEN NARCI who completed his undergraduate education at Hacettepe University School of Health Administration in 1990, completed his graduate education in Hacettepe University Administration of Health Institutions program in 1993. She completed his Ph.D. degree in the United States in 2000 at the Virginia Commonwealth University Health Services Organization and Research field. Hacer ÖZGEN NARCI started his academic career in 1992 as a research assistant at the School of Health Administration of Hacettepe University, she worked as a lecturer between 2001-2005, as an assistant professor between 2005-2006, as an associate professor between 2006-2012 and as a professor in 2012 at the same institution. She worked as a professor in the Department of Health Management at Acıbadem University between 2012-2014, as a professor at the Department of Health Management at Medipol University in İstanbul between 2014-2017. Currently, she continues his academic life in Department of Health Management at the Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences of İstinye University.

Hacer ÖZGEN NARCI has lectured on various issues related to Management and health Management at all levels of higher education programs and has worked as executive, researcher and consultant in numerous national and international projects. There are publications in prestigious international journals in the field of health Management.
